1. Services

We provide professional lawn mowing and general lawn care services as described on our website and promotional materials. Our goal is to deliver reliable, high-quality service tailored to your property’s needs.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services will be communicated prior to the start of any work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept multiple forms of payment, including cash, checks, and major credit or debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property at the time of service. This includes removing any obstacles, securing pets, and addressing potential hazards. Customers should also notify us in advance of any fragile areas or special conditions that may require extra care.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to provide careful and professional service, Peak Landscaping is not responsible for pre-existing damage to lawns, property, or surrounding areas. We are also not liable for damages that result from unsafe or hazardous property conditions that are outside of our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct any issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate service agreements at our discretion if safety concerns, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent us from completing the work.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
